By using TaskPilot and the services at pathtodeal.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
TaskPilot is an AI-powered Slack bot that integrates with Notion to create tasks, analyse threads, manage documents, and perform other workspace actions based on natural-language instructions. You must connect your Slack workspace and Notion (or other configured integrations) to use the Service.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the Service and for complying with Slack's and Notion's terms and applicable law. You must not use the Service for illegal purposes, to harm others, or to violate any third-party rights. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any connected integration credentials.
4. Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown on the Service. You must provide accurate billing information. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. We retain all rights in the Service, our brand, and our technology. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is used in your workspace.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for breach of these terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service and disconnect integrations at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
